Bob Mogalapu

Bob Mogalapuis a Portfolio Manager at Poet Hill, where he is responsible for investment strategy and portfolio construction. Before joining Poet Hill, he managed and supported investments across the rates, agency MBS, and non-agency RMBS sectors at DWS, serving both retail and insurance mandates. Previously, Bob was a Portfolio Analyst at Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corp., where he focused on managing a mortgage REIT portfolio. He began his career on the mortgage origination desk at Hilltop Securities, specializing in best execution and pipeline hedging strategies. He also worked as an analyst on the Market Risk platform data sourcing team at Nomura Securities. Bob holds an M.S. in Engineering from The Ohio State University and a B.Tech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. He is a CFA® Charterholder.
