Seth Cohn

Seth Cohn is the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Operations at Poet Hill, where he oversees the firm’s compliance program, operational infrastructure and repurchase agreement activities. Prior to joining Poet Hill, Mr. Cohn served as Head of Operations at StormHarbour Securities, where he led cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, technology, and compliance. His responsibilities included building scalable infrastructure, enhancing internal controls, and supporting complex fixed income and structured product trading activities. Mr. Cohn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
